hen you pre-register for a visit we collect the contact information you provide: name, email address, phone number, and home address. For Kids Ministry registrations we also collect each child's first and last name, date of birth, grade, photo permission preference, any medical notes you choose to share, and the names of adults authorized for pickup. For Students Ministry registrations we collect the student's name, date of birth, grade, school, emergency contact name and phone number, and whether a parent will be attending the same service. All forms also record the visit date and service you select.
How we use it
Your information is used to prepare for your visit and to contact you with details about it. Kids and Students staff use the information you provide to offer age-appropriate ministry and a safe, welcoming environment for your family.
Who we share it with
We share your registration information only with Pushpay (Church Community Builder), the church management system used by Houston Northwest Church. Your data is never sold, rented, or used for advertising purposes.
Children's data
Information about children is handled with extra care. Medical notes, emergency contact details, and pickup-authorization lists are accessible only to ministry staff members who need them to provide safe care for your child.
Retention
Registration information is stored in Church Community Builder (CCB) until you request that it be deleted.
